Bay Bae (2017)

Durante mi estancia en la bahía de San Francisco, al norte californiano. Me di a la tarea de recorrer gran parte de sus calles a través de una deriva urbana, la cual llevó a identificar distintos lugares emblemáticos así como otros lugares poco concurridos. Durante esta documentación seguí diferentes hitos urbanos que pertenecen a un imaginario común sobre la ciudad, sin embargo también permitió identificar lugares que resaltan y conforman parte de una imagen cotidiana de la ciudad. Entre estos polos surge un cariño por esta ciudad compacta y compleja, permitiendo habitarla a través de sus calles.

Bay Bae (2017)

During my stay in the San Francisco Bay Area, in northern California. I set myself the task of walking through a large part of its streets through an urban dérive, which led me to identify different emblematic places as well as other less frequented places.  During this documentation I followed different urban landmarks that are part of a common imaginary of the city, but it also allowed me to identify places that stand out and form part of an everyday image of the city. Between these opposite poles, an affection for this compact and complex city emerges, allowing me to dwell it through its streets.
